16-Outlet Rack Power Strip

The Hunter Fan Company power strip provides 16 right-angle AC outlets in an aluminium housing. A 15-foot grounded cord with 14AWG conductors connects to a standard 125V supply. An illuminated power switch integrates a 15A circuit breaker rated for 6000 cycles. The unit delivers 1875W at 60Hz for workshops, garages, offices and schools.

Who This Suits

Installers needing many outlets in a single rack-mount strip with surge protection and a long feed cable will find the 16 outlets and 15-foot reach convenient. The aluminium body and heavy-duty rating suit environments where tools, lighting and appliances share one circuit.

Who Should Look Elsewhere

Buyers who need more than 16 outlets or a cord longer than 15 feet cannot use this model. Installations requiring a voltage other than 125V or a current rating above 15A are not supported. Builds that demand a non-metallic enclosure or a different mounting format should consider other options.

Deciding Specification

The single specification that decides fit is the 15A circuit breaker limiting total load to 1875W at 125V. If the combined draw of all connected equipment stays below that threshold, the strip will operate without tripping; if it exceeds it, the breaker will open and cut power.
