Storm X gaming desktop

The Hyper Cyber Storm X is a pre-built gaming desktop for players and creators who want a ready-to-use Windows 11 system. It ships fully assembled with an Intel Core i5-12400F 6-core processor and 32GB of DDR4-3200 memory. The 1TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 NVMe drive provides fast boot and load times. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 graphics card handles modern titles at high settings.

RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 graphics

The GeForce RTX 3060 with 12GB of GDDR6 video memory is the component that determines whether this PC meets your performance target. It supports the feature set and driver stack current games and creative applications expect. The 12GB frame buffer is the single specification to check against the requirements of the titles or workloads you plan to run. If your workflow needs more video memory, this configuration will not satisfy it.

ASRock H610M/ac motherboard and 600W 80+ Bronze PSU

The system sits on an ASRock H610M/ac micro-ATX LGA1700 board, so future CPU upgrades are limited to processors that fit that socket and chipset. The 600W 80+ Bronze power supply delivers the rated output for the installed parts but leaves little headroom for a significantly larger graphics card. Two occupied DDR4 slots mean adding memory requires replacing the existing 16GB modules. The case includes RGB lighting and tempered glass panels.

Questions about this item

How does the 4.40 GHz turbo speed help when the i5-12400F is under load?

The Intel Core i5-12400F can boost from its 2.50 GHz base to 4.40 GHz on active cores, giving extra single-thread speed for game logic and background tasks while the 6 cores and 12 threads handle parallel workloads.

What does the PCIe 4.0 x4 link mean for the 1 TB NVMe drive in daily use?

The M.2-2280 SSD runs on a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface, so large game installs, level loads and file transfers move at the full speed the drive can deliver without the bus holding it back.

Will the ASRock H610M/ac motherboard fit a standard ATX power supply and full-length graphics card?

The micro-ATX board uses the LGA1700 socket and standard 24-pin plus 8-pin CPU power connectors, so a 600 W 80+ Bronze ATX supply and a dual-slot card such as the RTX 3060 12 GB install without adapters.
