Commuter charging kit

The HyperGear 15623 kit delivers 25W USB-C Power Delivery with PPS for Android phones and tablets. It includes a 4ft USB-C to USB-C cable and a car charger with an additional 12W USB output. Dual independent ports charge two devices simultaneously without sharing power.

Thermal performance and power draw

The specialised PD/PPS chipset makes micro-adjustments throughout the charging cycle to boost energy efficiency and limit battery heat buildup. Intelligent technology automatically scales output down for lower-wattage devices such as earbuds and power banks. The charger draws power from a standard vehicle socket.

Included cable and smart chip

The bundled 4ft USB-C PD cable enables the super-fast charge from 0 to 50% in under 30 minutes for compatible Android devices. Smart chip technology manages dual-port distribution so the 25W output stays dedicated to the primary device. Buyers needing to charge laptops or multiple high-wattage devices simultaneously will find the total output insufficient.

Questions about this item

How do I install the HyperGear 15623 car kit and what step is often missed?

Plug the charger firmly into the vehicle 12V outlet until it clicks, then connect the included 4ft USB-C cable; the step often missed is ensuring the charger is fully seated so both the 25W and 12W ports stay powered.

What maintenance or replacement will the HyperGear 15623 kit need later?

The 4ft USB-C to USB-C cable may wear from repeated bending; replace it with any certified USB-C PD cable, while the charger itself has no user-serviceable parts.

What limit appears first during sustained charging with the HyperGear 15623?

The 25W USB-C port maintains full speed, but the secondary 12W port caps output, so a second device charges more slowly once both ports are used continuously.
