Compact 60% Gaming Keyboard

The HyperX Alloy Origins 60 is an ultra-compact mechanical keyboard built around HyperX Aqua tactile switches and double-shot PBT keycaps. It connects via a detachable USB-C to USB-A cable and stores three profiles in onboard memory. Per-key RGB lighting with 16,777.216 colours and dedicated media controls complete the feature set.

For Minimalist Desk Setups

The 60-per-cent layout removes the function row, navigation cluster and numeric pad, suiting users who want maximum mouse space and a lightweight board for travel or tournament play. Buyers who rely on dedicated arrow keys, a number pad or macro columns should look at larger form factors.

HyperX Aqua Tactile Switches

The board uses HyperX Aqua switches that deliver a tactile bump with quiet operation for both gaming and typing. Actuation characteristics are defined by the switch design; no external force or travel figures are supplied. If a linear or clicky feel is preferred, this switch type will not match that requirement.

Questions about this item

Does the package include everything needed to start using the keyboard, or do I need to buy a cable separately?

The box contains the keyboard, a detachable 1.8 m braided USB-C to USB-A cable, a keycap removal tool and extra personalised ESC and spacebar keycaps. No separate cable purchase is required.

Should I choose the Aqua tactile switch or a linear option for a mix of gaming and typing?

This model is equipped with HyperX Aqua tactile switches only; there is no linear version in this listing.

How does the 100% anti-collision spec actually behave when I press many keys at once in a game?

100% anti-collision with N-key mode means every key press registers independently, so simultaneous inputs during gaming are all detected without blocking.
