iBallz C14 to NEMA 5-15R Power Adapter 10A 250V 2 Pack

Two-pack C14 to NEMA 5-15R adapters

These adapters convert an IEC 60320-C14 inlet to a standard NEMA 5-15R outlet. Each unit measures 7.3 by 3.8 centimetres and uses 18 AWG conductors rated for 10 amps at 250 volts. The black plastic and metal housing carries UL certification plus RoHS and REACH compliance. Two adapters are included in the package.

IT teams adapting C14 inlets to US plugs

They suit racks, PDUs or UPS units that present a C14 male connector while the attached gear uses a NEMA 5-15 plug. They do not change voltage or current, so devices that only accept a single input voltage cannot use them. Buyers needing a step-down or step-up transformer should look elsewhere.

10 A 250 V rating with no voltage conversion

The 10 amp, 250 volt rating sets the maximum safe load at 2500 watts. Because the adapter passes mains voltage through unchanged, the connected equipment must already support the local supply voltage. Check the device label before plugging in.
