Women's Heat-Trapping Waist Trimmer

This waist trimmer is designed for women who want to increase core temperature during exercise. The garment wraps around the midsection to create a sauna-like effect that supports calorie burning. It suits cardio sessions, cycling, gym workouts or daily errands. The seamless construction allows it to be worn discreetly under clothing.

Thermals and Comfort in Use

The 92% polyester and 8% spandex blend traps body heat while remaining flexible during movement. A 100% polyurethane lining enhances the warming effect without adding bulk. The fabric dries quickly so moisture does not linger against the skin. Lightweight construction keeps the trimmer comfortable for extended wear.

Build Quality and Daily Practicality

Seamless stitching prevents chafing and creates a smooth profile under tops. The wrap-around design pulls the abdomen in from all sides for a snug, reshaping fit. Material stretches to move with the body during dynamic activity. The garment is pulled on from the feet up to accommodate hip width.

Questions about this item

How do you put the waist trimmer on without it getting stuck at the hips?

Step into it and pull it up slowly from the feet, the same way you would a skirt, because the hip circumference is larger than the waist and forcing it fast can snag the 92% polyester 8% spandex fabric.

How should the trimmer be cleaned so the heat-trapping lining stays intact?

Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent and air dry; the 100% polyurethane lining can degrade if machine washed, tumble dried or exposed to high heat.

At what point does the garment stop increasing core temperature during a long workout?

Once the 100% polyurethane lining becomes saturated with sweat it loses its sauna-like insulation, so the heat-trapping effect plateaus until the trimmer is removed and dried.
