What this product is

This is a digital download code for the action RPG Maneater, published by Tripwire Interactive and activated through the Epic Games Store. The code delivers the full base game and is rated ESRB M for Mature audiences.

The spec that decides compatibility

The game requires a Windows 10 operating system, an Intel Core i5-5300u or equivalent processor, 8 GB of RAM, 20 GB of available storage, DirectX 11 support and an Intel HD 5500 graphics adapter at minimum. Recommended specifications call for an Intel Core i7-3770 or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X processor.

Capacity and headroom

The 20 GB installation fits comfortably on most modern solid-state drives and leaves ample room for saves and updates. Systems that only meet the minimum graphics requirement will run the game at lower visual settings, while the open-world exploration and evolution systems demand more GPU power for higher frame rates and detail levels.

Questions about this item

Will my PC run Maneater if it only meets the minimum Intel Core i5-5300u and Intel HD 5500 specs?

The game will launch and play on Windows 10 with 8 GB RAM, 20 GB storage and DirectX 11, but expect lower frame rates and reduced visual detail compared with the recommended Intel Core i7-3770 or Ryzen 5 1500X configuration.

Does the Epic DRM mean I must stay online every minute I play?

The code activates once on the Epic Games launcher; after that initial online activation you can launch Maneater in offline mode, though any future updates or DLC purchases will require a connection.

How much free drive space do I need before I redeem the 57306 code?

Reserve at least 20 GB on the drive where the Epic Games library is installed; the installer will not proceed if less space is available.
