A pack of five T-bolt clamps with 301 stainless-steel bands and 304 stainless-steel screws, adjustable from 3-1/2 to 3 13/16 inches and rated to 75 in-lb install torque
This pack contains five stainless-steel T-bolt clamps rated SAE 84. Each clamp adjusts from a 3-1/2 in minimum inside diameter to a 3 13/16 in maximum inside diameter. The 3/4 in wide band is 0.025 in thick and made from grade 301 stainless steel. A grade 304 stainless-steel screw with a 7/16 in hex head tightens to 75 in-lb installation torque.
These clamps suit coolant, intake and charge-air hoses that fall within the 3-1/2 in to 3 13/16 in range. Builders who need a smaller minimum diameter or a wider adjustment span should look at other clamp sizes. The T-bolt design is not intended for constant-tension applications that require a spring-loaded mechanism.
The SAE 350 designation (listed as SAE 84 in the supplier title) indicates the clamp meets the torque and sealing requirements for high-pressure automotive and industrial hose joints. If your specification calls for a different SAE class, this clamp will not satisfy that requirement.

It meets SAE 350 and allows a maximum inside diameter of 3 13/16 in.
A 7/16 in hex fits the bolt and the install torque is 75 in-lb.
Position the band, thread the T-bolt into the housing, then tighten to 75 in-lb with a 7/16 in socket; the step often missed is verifying the final torque value.
