203 DPI Direct Thermal Label Printer

The iDPRT SP460BT is a compact direct thermal label printer built for small businesses that ship packages daily. It prints shipping labels without ink or toner by using heat-sensitive media. Bluetooth and USB interfaces let you connect from a phone, tablet, Windows PC or Mac. The 203 DPI resolution produces clear barcodes and address text for standard carrier requirements.

Sustained 4 IPS Output with Auto Detection

The printer maintains up to 4 inches per second continuously while running low-noise direct thermal cycles. An auto label detection sensor calibrates the media gap on every roll change, preventing misaligned prints during long batches. An intensified coating on the print head resists wear from abrasive label stock, keeping output consistent over high volumes. Error Reprint Technology automatically reissues a label when a fault is detected, so queues stay intact without manual intervention.

Replaces Inkjet or Laser Label Workflows

This unit replaces sheet-fed inkjet or laser setups that require dedicated label paper, ink cartridges and frequent jam clearing. The jump is worth it when you print dozens of labels a day and want zero consumables beyond the thermal roll. It is not for operations needing colour graphics, archival-grade durability or wide-format media beyond the supported roll width.
