The IETS GT202UB is a vacuum-style laptop cooler designed for gaming notebooks that exhaust heat through side or rear vents. It clamps directly over the vent using a retractable clip arm and one of three supplied silicone shrouds to create a sealed airflow path. A built-in sensor reads exhaust temperature and automatically adjusts the single blower across 13 speed steps. The unit weighs 0.249 kilograms and measures 4.699 cm by 10.795 cm by 18.6944 cm.

Compatibility limits for side or rear vents

The cooler only works when the laptop vent dimensions fall within 4.6 inches wide by 1.6 inches high and the surrounding surface is flat enough for the adhesive mount. Shroud sizes correspond to air-vent openings of 3.3, 3.4 or 4.6 inches. If the vent sits on the rear panel, the screen angle stops at about 135 degrees. Laptops without a suitable side or rear exhaust, or with curved chassis near the vent, cannot use this cooler.

Upgrade from passive pads and low-RPM blowers

Traditional cooling pads typically spin below 1000 RPM and rely on loose airflow under the chassis. The GT202UB replaces them with a 2600 to 5000 RPM blower, a sealed silicone shroud and a low-resistance duct that pulls hot air directly from the exhaust port. The jump is worth it when thermal throttling appears under load and the laptop meets the vent-size and flat-surface requirements. Buyers whose machines lack a compatible vent or need multi-device flexibility should look elsewhere.
