25 mm Double Elbow PPR Fitting

This 25 mm double elbow fitting connects PPR water tubes at two right-angle turns in a single component. It is made from PPR polymer rated to PN25 pressure and a 0–75 °C temperature range for hot and cold water systems. The ISO-listed fitting uses heat-fusion welding for leak-proof joints. Plumbers and DIY installers use it to route supply lines around obstacles with fewer separate parts.

Check tube size and welding tools

Verify that the existing pipework is 25 mm outer diameter so the socket-fusion ends match without reducers. Confirm access to a compatible heat-fusion tool and that the installation area allows the double elbow’s full width for the two bends. Ensure the system design stays within the PN25 pressure limit and 75 °C maximum temperature. The fitting is not intended for threaded connections or solvent-cement joining methods.

Sustained pressure and temperature behaviour

Under continuous PN25 pressure the PPR body maintains dimensional stability without creep or stress cracking. The smooth bore resists scale build-up so flow capacity remains constant over long service periods. At the upper end of the 75 °C range the material retains strength and corrosion resistance for extended hot-water circulation. Heat-fused joints stay sealed through thermal cycling without gasket degradation.
