What this is

A compact Bluetooth 5.4 USB adapter with a rotatable antenna that plugs into a desktop or laptop. It uses a Realtek Bluetooth 5.4 chip and draws 5 V DC power from the host port.

Who it suits and who it does not

The adapter works with Windows 8.1, 10 and 11 out of the box, while Windows 7 needs a driver. It does not support macOS, Linux, car systems, Xbox consoles or televisions. Up to seven devices can be paired simultaneously, though only one device of each type may be active at once.

The spec that decides fit

The adapter delivers a line-of-sight range of 150 metres (500 feet) thanks to its enhanced antenna and 14 dBm transmit power. If your use case requires longer reach or non-Windows operating systems, this model will not meet the requirement.
