Comfort Upgrade for Meta Quest 3
The IHDAPP Elite Head Strap replaces the standard strap on the Meta Quest 3 headset. It uses ABS construction with a 0.67in thick top cushion and a soft silicone rear pad to spread weight more evenly. A 360° rotation dial lets wearers tighten or loosen the fit in seconds.
Fit Range and Compatibility Limits
The adjustable design accommodates head circumferences from 17 to 27 inches, suiting most adults and older children. It is built exclusively for the Meta Quest 3 and will not fit Quest 2, Quest Pro or any other headset. Buyers needing a strap for a different model should look elsewhere.
Deciding Specification — Top Cushion Thickness
The 0.67in top strap cushion is the single measurement that determines whether this accessory delivers the pressure relief you want. If that profile matches the comfort upgrade you are seeking, the strap is the right part; if you need a thinner or thicker pad, this model will not suit.

Questions about this item
What headset model does this strap fit?
It fits only the Meta Quest 3 and will not fit the Quest 2 or any other headset.
How is the strap tightened and what is the common mistake?
Turn the 360° rotation button to tighten; the common mistake is not centering the rear silicone pad before locking it down.
Which parts will need cleaning or replacement over time?
The 0.67in PU leather top cushion and rear silicone pad can be wiped clean; replace them if the foam compresses or the surfaces wear.
