Adds WiFi 6 connectivity to a Windows 10 or 11 desktop via USB 3.0 with dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz antennas
The IHDAPP USB WiFi 6 adapter connects a desktop or laptop to dual-band networks via a USB 3.0 port. It supports the IEEE 802.11ax standard with maximum link rates of 1201Mbps on 5GHz and 574Mbps on 2.4GHz. The package includes the adapter and a manual.
Buyers running Windows 10 or 11 who want a simple upgrade to dual-band WiFi 6 will find this adapter fits the requirement. It is not intended for Linux or Mac systems, and the driver must be installed manually before use. Builders needing an internal PCIe solution should look elsewhere.
The adapter uses a USB 3.0 connection that is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 ports. Two rotatable 2dBi high-gain antennas provide adjustable signal reception. It also supports soft AP mode to create a WiFi hotspot from a wired connection.

The box contains the USB WiFi 6 Adapter and a manual. No extra cables or accessories are required; the adapter plugs directly into a USB 3.0 port and works with Windows 10 or 11 after driver installation.
Use the 5GHz band for higher throughput up to 1201Mbps when the adapter has clear line of sight to the router. Switch to 2.4GHz at 574Mbps if you need better wall penetration or longer range.
The 1800Mbps figure combines the maximum 5GHz rate of 1201Mbps and the 2.4GHz rate of 574Mbps. Real-world throughput will be lower and depends on router capability, distance, interference and the USB 3.0 host controller.
