Gundam RX-78-2 Limited Edition Keyboard

This limited-edition bundle pairs a full-size mechanical keyboard with a matching right-handed optical mouse. Both pieces carry the blue-and-white colour scheme of the RX-78-2 mobile suit. The keyboard uses original Cherry MX Red linear switches and connects via a 1.5 m USB cable. The mouse offers adjustable DPI steps up to 5000 and includes five programmable buttons.

Cherry MX Red Linear Switches

The keyboard is built around genuine Cherry MX Red switches, which actuate without a tactile bump or audible click. This linear feel suits rapid key presses in fast-paced games and keeps noise lower than clicky alternatives. N-key rollover over the wired USB connection ensures every simultaneous press registers. Multimedia shortcuts are layered onto the standard 108-key layout for quick media control.

108-Key Layout with 5000 DPI Mouse

The full 108-key arrangement provides a dedicated number pad, function row and navigation cluster for productivity and gaming macros. The included optical mouse tracks at 500, 1500, 3000 and 5000 DPI, covering everyday desktop work through to high-sensitivity play. Heavier lifting such as extended MMO keybinding layers or ultra-high-DPI competitive settings will exceed the provided button count and sensor ceiling.

Questions about this item

What does the 5000 DPI setting actually give me in a game?

5000 DPI means the cursor moves 5000 counts per inch of mouse travel, so small hand movements cover the full screen width at high resolution; lower steps at 500, 1500 and 3000 DPI are selectable for finer control.

What does the USB wired interface limit for the keyboard and mouse?

USB wired delivers power and data over a single 1.5 m cable, so there is no battery to charge and no wireless latency, but the cable length fixes maximum distance from the PC.

How much desk space do the keyboard dimensions of 443 x 137 mm require?

The keyboard measures 443 mm wide by 137 mm deep, so you need at least that much clear desk area plus room for the mouse to move comfortably.
