IKEA FAXÄLVEN Mirror with Built-in Lighting 24x37" 595.167.75

Mirror with built-in lighting

The FAXÄLVEN mirror measures 24 by 37 inches and features integrated illumination around the inside and outside of its metal frame. The design brightens the surrounding area without casting shadows when you stand in front of it. A shelf behind the glass lights up for small items. It suits bathrooms or dressing spaces needing even, glare-free light.

Check power and mounting needs

Dimming requires the RODRET wireless dimmer and power switch, which is sold separately. Verify that your wall can support the mirror and that a suitable electrical connection is available for the lighting circuit. The included bracket must be fixed securely before the mirror clicks into place. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and sturdy enough for the installation.

Build quality and daily use

Safety film on the back reduces the risk of injury if the glass breaks. The metal frame houses the lighting and provides a rigid structure for the click-on bracket system. Once mounted, the mirror stays firmly in place while allowing removal for cleaning or relocation. The 10-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
