Shower basket with suction cups

The IKEA KROKFJORDEN basket holds soap, shampoo and conditioner within easy reach while you shower. It attaches with suction cups that grip smooth surfaces such as tiles, glass or mirrors. No drilling or permanent fixtures are required for installation. The zinc-plated and stainless-steel construction resists rust in wet conditions.

Ideal for renters and tile-friendly bathrooms

This basket suits anyone who wants removable storage without damaging walls. It works best on flat, non-porous surfaces where the suction cups can form a strong seal. Households with rough stone, textured tiles or porous grout lines should look at alternative mounting methods. The open wire design lets water drain away from bottles.

Fits into a zero-drill bathroom setup

The suction cups fix directly to existing shower walls or glass doors, leaving no holes behind. Metal covers hide the cup mechanisms for a neat finish. The basket frees up corner ledges and floor space by keeping bottles suspended. It can be repositioned whenever the layout changes.

Questions about this item

Does the KROKFJORDEN 904.540.01 basket need a smooth tile or glass wall for the suction cups to hold?

Yes, the suction cups grip tightly to smooth surfaces such as glass, mirrors and tiles, so a textured or porous wall will not work.

Can I keep my existing corner caddy and use this zinc-plated basket on the same shower wall?

The basket mounts independently with its own suction cups, so it can sit alongside another caddy as long as there is a clean, smooth area for the cups to seal.

How do I know the suction cups on the 90454001 are sealed properly after I press them on?

Press each cup firmly against the clean surface until the metal cover sits flush; a secure hold with no air gaps means it is ready for shampoo bottles.
