Ilford Multigrade V RC Deluxe Glossy Photo Paper

Ilford Multigrade V RC Deluxe Glossy is a 5th-generation variable-contrast black-and-white photographic paper for darkroom printing. It suits beginners, students and experienced printers who want a full tonal range and excellent toning properties on a resin-coated base.

Medium weight 190gsm resin coated paper

The single specification that decides suitability is the 190gsm resin-coated weight with a glossy surface and neutral base tint. This combination delivers a wide contrast range from grades 00 to 5 and makes the paper compatible with standard darkroom processing workflows.

Consistent performance across long printing sessions

Under sustained darkroom use the emulsion maintains stable contrast and tonal reproduction from the first sheet to the fiftieth. The resin coating resists curl and dries quickly, so extended printing sessions stay predictable without the density shifts that can affect fibre-based alternatives.
