Questions about this item

What existing equipment do I need to use the 6613385 massage balls?

No extra equipment is required; the 6613385 set works with body weight on any flat surface such as a floor, wall, or yoga mat.

Can I combine the 6613385 balls with a foam roller I already own?

Yes, the 6613385 balls are engineered firmer than foam rollers yet softer than lacrosse balls, so they complement a roller for deeper, targeted release without bruising.

How do I know the 6613385 balls are performing as intended after I start using them?

You should feel focused pressure on trigger points and fascia knots with reduced muscle tension afterward, and the non-toxic rubber should show no odour or deterioration.
