Targeted Myofascial Release Tool

The iLive Alpha Solo Therapy Ball measures 3.5 inches in diameter and weighs 11 ounces. It is made from natural latex rubber with a compressible core and a grippy texture. The design aims to deliver pressure comparable to a fist for deep tissue work on larger muscle groups.

Manual Operation With No Power Draw

This therapy ball requires no electricity, batteries or charging because it is a completely manual device. Power consumption and power source are both listed as manual. There are no moving parts, motors or fans, so it operates silently and generates no heat during use.

Roll Model Method Integration

The ball is a key component in the Roll Model Method and Yoga Tune Up formats used by over 500 certified teachers worldwide. No additional accessories, software, apps or instructional media are included in the package. The product relies on the user's own knowledge or external instruction for technique.

Questions about this item

How do I position the 3.5 inch ball against a wall for myofascial release?

Place the ball between your body and the wall, lean into the target area, and hold steady pressure rather than rolling quickly.

What upkeep does the natural latex rubber ball need over time?

Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry; the material is not water resistant, so avoid soaking.

At what point does the compressible core stop giving deep pressure during a long session?

The 11 ounce ball maintains its grip and sheer through extended use; fatigue in your own muscles will arrive before the ball loses firmness.
