iLive BOB AND BRAD M7 Plus Mini Massage Gun with Heat Blue

Pocket-Sized Deep Tissue Relief

The iLive BOB AND BRAD M7 Plus is a compact percussion massager designed for anyone needing targeted muscle therapy on the go. It combines a high-torque brushless motor with a heating attachment to address back stiffness, neck tension and general fatigue. Weighing just .4 kilograms, it suits athletes, office workers and travellers who want professional-grade relief without carrying a bulky device. The blue finish distinguishes this model in a gym bag or desk drawer.

Heat Head Charges Separately via USB-C

The heating head operates on its own independent battery and must be charged alongside the main gun using the supplied USB-C cable. This dual-charging requirement frees the main unit from extra weight but adds a step to the preparation routine. The gun delivers up to 3000 RPM with a 9mm amplitude for deep tissue penetration, while the head offers two heat settings at 100°F and 107°F. An auxiliary blue light mode is included for surface-level relaxation during sessions.

Upgrades from Basic Mini Guns Without Heat

This model replaces single-function mini massagers that lack thermal therapy or a dedicated heating attachment. The jump is worth it when you need warmth to loosen tight muscles before percussion work or when wrist strain makes heavier guns impractical. Buyers who want a single device that handles both heat and high-amplitude percussion without switching tools will benefit most. It is not for users who prefer a single integrated battery or who need longer continuous run-times without recharging two components.
