Targeted Trigger-Point Relief Tool
The Body Back Classic is a manual massage cane designed for self-applied deep-tissue pressure. It uses 2 hooks and 11 knobs in three distinct shapes to reach trigger points across the back, neck, shoulders, legs and feet. The tool operates without power or batteries, weighing 1.25 lb for lightweight handling. It suits adults seeking portable, on-demand muscle relief at home or while travelling.
Upgrade From Single-Hook Massagers
This model replaces basic single-hook canes by adding a second hook for increased leverage and reach. The extra hook allows pressure on areas that are difficult to access with one-handed designs, such as the mid-back and lower limbs. The jump is worth it when you need consistent, controlled force across the full body rather than isolated spots. The 1995 design origin reflects decades of refinement for this therapy style.
Check Your Reach And Grip Strength
Before ordering, verify you can comfortably manoeuvre a 27-inch long rigid frame behind your back and over your shoulders. The plastic construction requires sufficient hand strength to press knobs into muscle tissue without slipping. Ensure you have space to store or hang the cane, as it does not fold or collapse. Users with limited shoulder mobility may find the two-hook action difficult to operate effectively.
