Pocket percussion massager

The iLive BX-720 is a battery-powered massage gun weighing 1.1 pounds and measuring 7.4 by 1.9 by 5.7 inches. It targets users who want portable myofascial release and muscle therapy at the gym, office or while travelling. The T-shaped grip and four included heads let you address different muscle groups without needing a bulky device.

Sustained output from a 1200 mAh cell

A 3C-rated 1200 mAh battery supplies a high discharge rate and long cycle life, delivering up to five hours of continuous use per charge. The brushless motor maintains consistent torque across six speed levels with a 6 mm amplitude, so percussion depth stays stable during extended sessions rather than fading as the pack drains.

USB-C charging and compact carry

The unit recharges via a USB Type-C port using a 5 V 2 A adapter or power bank, neither of which is included. At 1.2 pounds the gun fits in a pocket or small bag, and the non-water-resistant housing means it should be kept dry. Four interchangeable heads cover whole-body use except the head, giving daily flexibility without extra accessories.

Questions about this item

How quiet does the brushless motor stay when the BX-720 runs at its highest speed for a full session?

The brushless motor is described as silent, and the 1200 mAh battery supports up to five hours of continuous use so the unit can run all day on a single charge.

What charger do I need to power the BX-720 since it ships without one?

The massager charges through a USB Type-C port with a 5 V / 2 A adapter or a power bank, neither of which is included in the box.

Will the 6 mm amplitude and four included heads work effectively on larger muscle groups I usually treat with a full-size gun?

The 6 mm amplitude reaches deep tissue, while the four attachments and six speed levels let you match the intensity to each muscle group.
