Wider Coverage Neck Massager

The iLive CF-6811 cordless neck massager provides a massage area 40 percent wider than regular models, targeting the neck, shoulders and upper back. It uses 4D kneading shiatsu heads with optional heat to relieve deep tissue tension. The hands-free wrap-around design lets users relax at home, in the office or while travelling without holding the device.

Simple Hands-Free Operation

The unit is battery powered, so there are no cords to route or outlets to find. A full charge takes about 2.53 hours and the massager wraps around the neck with integrated straps for a secure fit. Each session automatically pauses after 10 minutes for safety; the user simply restarts the device to continue. No app pairing or complex setup is required.

90-Minute Runtime and Heat Comfort

The 2500mAh rechargeable battery delivers up to 90 minutes of use per charge, enough for several daily sessions. Heated massage heads warm gradually within a few minutes to provide soothing warmth rather than intense heat. The device is not water resistant and covers the upper back only, not the full back, so buyers needing lumbar coverage should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I know the 2500mAh battery is charging correctly after I plug it in?

A full charge takes about 2.53 hours and then delivers up to 90 minutes of cordless use. The unit pauses automatically after each 10-minute session for safety.

What comes in the box with the CF-6811 and do I need to buy a charger separately?

The massager includes a rechargeable 2500mAh battery and hands-free straps for wear. A USB charging cable is supplied; any standard USB power adapter will complete the setup.

Should I choose the 40% wider coverage version or a standard-width model for neck and shoulder relief?

This CF-6811 already provides the 40% wider massage area that targets neck, shoulders and upper back together, so no separate standard-width version needs to be selected.
