Home Shiatsu Massage Shawl

The iLive JOY-MS2 is a corded electric shawl massager with eight bi-directional kneading nodes and optional heat. It targets neck, shoulders, back, waist, thighs and calves for deep-tissue relief at home, in the office or while travelling. The wrap-around design weighs 3.53 pounds and uses a two-metre power cord.

Plug In, Wrap On, Adjust Strap

Installation is limited to plugging the unit into a mains socket and positioning the U-shaped frame around the body. Adjustable arm straps let the user control pressure, while a 15-minute auto shut-off and overheating protection stop the session automatically. The only common issue is managing the wired connection during use.

Corded Mains Power Limits Mobility

Because the shawl draws power from a fixed cord, the user must remain near an outlet and cannot move freely around a room. The 15-minute timer also caps each session, so continuous or overnight therapy is not possible. Buyers who want cordless freedom or longer uninterrupted cycles should look elsewhere.
