Questions about this item

Will the 78 inch cable reach an outlet if I keep my current office chair?

The 78 inch cable cord provides ample reach from a standard wall socket to most seating positions.

How do I know the heat and kneading functions are operating correctly after I plug it in?

You will feel the eight kneading nodes rotate and the heating element warm the fabric within seconds; the unit also auto‑reverses direction every minute and shuts off after 15 minutes as a normal safety cycle.

Does the package include a car adapter or do I need to buy one separately?

The box contains the massager and a 100‑240V home adapter; a 12 V vehicle power supply is not included and must be purchased separately if you want in‑car use.
