Targeted relief for neck and shoulders

The iLive PJ-11 is a corded electric Shiatsu massager designed for home or office use. Its wrap-around shape fits the neck and shoulders while dual-rotation nodes automatically reverse direction every minute. The device also works on the back, legs and feet for broader muscle relief.

Heat, auto shut-off and corded power

A built-in heating function adds gentle warmth during any massage mode. The unit powers from a mains cable and shuts off automatically after 15 minutes to prevent overheating. High-quality materials provide good heat dissipation for comfortable extended sessions.

Storage case included for portability

A dedicated storage case is bundled with the massager, keeping the unit protected and ready for travel or gifting. The case simplifies organisation at home and makes the package suitable for birthdays, Father's Day, Mother's Day or Christmas without extra wrapping.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the PJ-11 massager and what is the step people often miss?

Plug the corded electric unit into a mains outlet, position the wrap-around arms over your shoulders, then press the power button; the step many skip is checking that the heat function is actually activated before the 15-minute auto-shutoff begins.

What maintenance or replacement will the PJ-11 need over time?

The acrylic housing and fabric contact surfaces only require wiping with a damp cloth; no user-replaceable parts such as filters or batteries are specified, so routine cleaning is the only upkeep.

What limit appears first during a long session with the PJ-11?

The built-in safety timer stops the massage and heat automatically after 15 minutes, so that is the first limit you will encounter under sustained use.
