Hand-Held Trigger Point Massage Hook

The iLive RS-MT-Black-01 is a manual massage cane weighing 16 ounces and measuring 14.7 inches in length. Its two-sided design carries eight massage nodes to reach trigger points across the back, neck, shoulders and legs without requiring batteries or mains power. It suits adults who want a portable, non-electric tool for self-directed deep tissue relief.

Check Grip Strength and Reach Before Buying

Verify that you can comfortably hold a 1.2 inch wide handle and apply sustained pressure with one or both hands. The rigid plastic frame does not flex, so users with limited wrist mobility or reduced hand strength may find it difficult to generate the force needed for deeper knots. Ensure the 14.7 inch length lets you reach your target areas without assistance.

No Power Draw, Silent Operation

Because the hook requires no power source, it produces zero electrical noise and draws no current during use. The plastic construction adds no motor vibration or fan sound, making it suitable for quiet environments. Thermal output is limited to the slight warmth generated by muscle friction during massage.
