Neck and back massager with heat

The iLive USJH016 is a corded electric Shiatsu cushion designed for home or office use. Four deep-kneading nodes target the neck, back, shoulders and legs to relieve muscle stiffness. An adjustable elastic strap secures the unit to a chair for hands-free operation. It suits adults seeking regular deep-tissue relief.

Infrared heating with auto shut-off

An infrared heating function warms sore muscles and promotes blood circulation during massage. Overheat protection stops the session automatically after 15 minutes for safety. The device runs from a 100-240V AC adapter and a 12V DC adapter supplied in the box. No batteries are required.

Replaces handheld or battery massagers

This unit upgrades from portable battery devices that need frequent recharging and offer fewer kneading nodes. The fixed power supply supports longer, consistent sessions without power fade. The jump is worth it for users who want daily hands-free relief at a desk or on a sofa. Not for buyers who need a fully wireless, travel-ready massager.

Questions about this item

How do I secure the massager to an office chair so it stays in place?

Wrap the adjustable elastic strap around the chair back and tighten it until the unit does not shift when you lean against it.

What part will need attention first after repeated use?

The faux-leather cover can wear or tear at the node openings; the internal motors and heating element are not user-serviceable.

How long can I run the heat continuously before it turns off?

The built-in overheat protection shuts the unit off automatically after 15 minutes of operation.
