iMBAPrice 110015 Coaxial Splitter

The iMBAPrice 110015 is a passive 4-way coaxial splitter designed to distribute a single incoming signal to four separate outputs. It supports a frequency range up to 2400 MHz and features gold-plated F-type screw connectors for secure attachment. This accessory suits installers or home users needing to feed multiple displays, satellite receivers, or VCRs from one source cable.

Replacing Basic Splitters

This unit replaces simpler two-way or three-way splitters when four output ports are required from a single feed. The jump is worth it when a household or small commercial setup adds a fourth display or recording device and the existing splitter lacks enough ports. Its passive design means no external power supply is needed, simplifying installation compared to amplified alternatives.

Check Your Signal Plan

Before ordering, verify that your incoming signal strength can tolerate the insertion loss of a four-way passive split across all connected devices. Confirm that every destination device uses an F-type coaxial input compatible with the splitter's connectors. Ensure the coaxial cables you plan to use are rated for the 5 to 2400 MHz bandwidth to avoid degrading high-frequency channels.

Questions about this item

What connector type does the 110015 splitter use for the coaxial cable?

It uses F-type screw-on connectors for the single input and four output ports.

How do I install the 110015 splitter without degrading the signal?

Hand-tighten each F-connector firmly; avoid over-tightening with tools which can damage the centre pin and raise insertion loss.

Will the gold-plated contacts on the 110015 need cleaning or replacement over time?

Gold plating resists oxidation, so no routine cleaning is required; replace the unit only if physical damage or water ingress occurs.
