iMBAPrice 8 Connector Banana Wall Plate 5 Pack

iMBAPrice 8-Connector Banana Wall Plate (5 Pack)

This pack contains five wall plates, each fitted with eight gold-plated banana binding posts. They mount in standard gang boxes and accept banana plugs, spade terminals or bare wire on both front and rear faces. Colour-coded thumbscrews identify polarity and require no soldering or special tools to secure. The plates suit home-theatre, whole-house audio or studio installs where clean, tool-free terminations are needed.

Capacity and headroom

Each plate provides eight binding posts, giving four stereo pairs or eight mono channels per gang box. The gold-plated contacts resist oxidation and maintain low contact resistance over long cable runs. They handle typical speaker-level signals from consumer amplifiers without issue. Very high-current professional PA systems or thick-gauge cables beyond the terminal aperture will exceed the practical capacity of these connectors.

Thermals, noise and power draw

Passive connectors generate no heat, produce no audible noise and draw zero power in normal use. The gold plating prevents corrosion that could otherwise increase resistance and cause localised warming at high volumes. No active cooling, fans or external supply are required. Performance remains stable as long as terminals are tightened securely and the gang box provides adequate ventilation for the connected cables.
