Recessed Low-Voltage Cable Plate

The iMBAPrice CE1-2 is a two-pack of single-gang wall plates designed for routing HDMI, coaxial, data and voice cables through finished walls. It suits installers and homeowners who need a clean entry or exit point for low-voltage wiring without using a full electrical box.

Reversible Scoop Entrance

Each non-metallic plate features a reversible cable hood that can face inward or outward to match the cable run direction. The scoop mounts directly to the wall or to a low-voltage bracket using the included drywall screws that match the cover.

Sustained Cable Protection

The rigid plastic construction shields cables from abrasion against wall edges during long-term use. Because the plate distributes tension across its mounting points, it prevents individual wires from being pinched or stressed where they pass through the wall surface.

Questions about this item

What does the 1-gang size mean when I mount this on the wall?

The plate matches a standard single-gang electrical box or low-voltage bracket, giving one rectangular opening for cables to pass through.

Which low-voltage standards does the recessed opening support in practice?

The opening is sized for common HDMI, coaxial, Ethernet, telephone and speaker cables used in residential AV and data runs.

What hardware is needed to secure the plate to drywall?

Two drywall screws are included; they thread into the plate and anchor it directly to the wall or to an optional LV1-1CS mounting bracket.
