Recessed Outlet Box 2-Pack

This two-gang recessed electrical box kit installs 110 V outlets flush with the wall so plugs no longer protrude. The design lets furniture or appliances sit closer to the surface for a cleaner look. Each box includes a paintable textured trim plate that blends with surrounding décor. The package contains two complete units for multiple locations.

Suits flush-mount power or low-voltage needs

Builders running new circuits or retrofitting existing walls can use the box for dual duplex receptacles or mixed power and low-voltage devices with the supplied separator. It is not intended for outdoor or wet locations and does not suit single-gang cutouts or surface-mount installations. Buyers needing weather-resistant enclosures should look elsewhere.

Fits 1/2 inch drywall with positioning tabs

Integrated tabs align the box during new-build or retrofit work without extra measuring tools. The non-metallic body reduces weight to 1.9 lb per pair and simplifies cable entry. Dimensions of 6.8 x 6 x 4.2 inches provide room for two devices while keeping the wall profile slim. No batteries or special fasteners are required.

How can I confirm the trim plate sits flush once the box is mounted?

After installation, the paintable textured trim plate should sit flat against the wall with no gaps, letting furniture butt up close without plugs protruding.
