Zipo 2.5" HDD Protection Box

The iMBAPrice Zipo 2.5" Water Resistant HDD Protection Box is a gray hard drive protector case built to safeguard and store 2.5 inch SATA or IDE drives. It provides water, dust, static, and collision proof protection for sensitive data. Each pack includes two cases that are designed to stack together for organised storage. A built-in label area allows users to write directly on the case for easy identification.

For portable drive storage and transport

This case suits users who need to protect bare 2.5" SATA or IDE hard drives during storage or transport. The anti-static and water-resistant design guards against environmental damage and physical shocks. It is not suited for buyers who need protection for 3.5 inch desktop drives or M.2 form factor SSDs. Users requiring active cooling or powered docking functionality should look at a different type of enclosure.

Simple latch installation

Installation uses an easy built-in latchable design that secures the drive inside the case without tools. The pack includes eight latches to fasten the two cases provided. The main risk is forgetting to engage all latches fully, which could compromise the water and dust seal. Ensure the drive sits flat before snapping the latches shut to avoid misalignment.

Questions about this item

Does this case need any extra hardware to hold a 2.5" SATA drive?

No, the latchable design secures the drive inside without screws or adapters.

Can I stack this case with older iMBAPrice Zipo 2.5 inch cases I already own?

Yes, the moulded profile is made to stack directly on earlier Zipo 2.5" protectors.

How do I confirm the anti-static and water-resistant seals are intact after closing the latches?

Press each latch until it clicks; the gasket compresses visibly and the case feels rigid when squeezed.
