Story-Driven Persian Adventure

The Tale of Bistun is a story-driven action-adventure game inspired by the 12th Century poem “Khosrow and Shirin.” You play as a stone carver who wakes on Mount Bistun with no memory. An insidious blight has spread across the mountain, bringing forth dangerous foes. You must battle through varied enemies and travel between the real world and an ethereal plane to unravel your identity.

Steam Activation Requirement

This downloadable PC title requires a third-party Steam account for activation and play. An internet connection is mandatory to redeem the online game code and access the game through the Steam client. The DRM platform manages the licence and any future updates. Offline play is only possible after the initial online activation and download are complete.

Upgrade From Linear Action Games

This title replaces linear hack-and-slash experiences with a narrative structure built around memory reconstruction. The jump is worth it for players who want exploration and storytelling woven into combat encounters. It is not for buyers who want multiplayer modes, competitive ladders, or extensive character customisation systems.
