Product Identity

The Impacto AV759040 is an anti-vibration mechanics glove built for professionals who operate powered hand tools. It meets EN 420, EN 388 and ANSI S 2.73 / ISO 10819 standards for hand-transmitted vibration reduction.

Vibration Standard

The glove is tested to ANSI S 2.73 -2002 (R 2007) and ISO 10819, confirming its ability to attenuate vibration from impact and rotary tools. This certification is the primary indicator that the product matches the application.

Fit and Use Case

Designed in size Large with a hook-and-loop cuff, synthetic leather palm and spandex back, it suits mechanics and maintenance technicians who need certified vibration damping. Workers requiring cut resistance above ANSI/ISEA A2, touchscreen operation or insulated cold-weather protection should select a different model.

Which standards cover abrasion, cut and tear resistance on this glove?

EN 388 and EN 420 cover mechanical risks; the glove meets ANSI/ISEA cut level A2 for moderate cut protection.

How does the hook-and-loop cuff stay secure on a size L hand?

The adjustable strap wraps around the wrist so you can tighten or loosen the fit without removing the glove.
