Survival Strategy Game

The Dead Await is a downloadable PC game published by Indie.io and developed by Shotx. It releases on May 18, 2026 and activates through a Steam account. The title blends deck-building mechanics with open-world survival RPG elements set in a zombie apocalypse.

From Standard Survival To Card-Driven Tactics

This game replaces pure action survival with a card-based combat system that demands tactical planning. The jump is worth it for players who want resource management and character customisation driven by deck construction rather than reflexes alone.

Narrative Campaign With Caravan Management

The experience comfortably handles a story-focused playthrough where you lead a caravan across diverse regions gathering supplies and managing sanity. It runs out for buyers seeking competitive multiplayer modes or endless procedural sandbox replayability without narrative constraints.
