Worldwide Typing Adventure

Typing Instructor Gold is a Windows typing tutorial that guides learners through themed travel adventures. It is designed for anyone aged 11 to adult who wants to learn touch typing or improve existing skills. The program teaches in both English and Spanish using lessons, tests, challenges, and games that unlock as the user progresses. Each completed destination adds a stamp to a virtual passport.

System Requirements and Capacity

The software requires a Pentium P4 processor and 580 MB of free hard-drive space on Windows 10, 8, 7, or XP. An 800 x 600 16-bit display and a 16-bit sound card with speakers or headphones are also needed. Machines that fall below these specifications will not run the program, while systems that exceed them simply provide additional headroom for other applications.

Retail Packaging and Daily Use

The product ships in a retail box containing the installation media for Windows. Daily use involves launching the full-screen application, selecting an adventure, and completing typing activities that use only the keys already taught. No internet connection is required after installation, so the program works offline in classrooms, homes, or travel settings where connectivity is limited.

Yes — the listed Windows system requirements include a Pentium P4 processor, so the software will run on that hardware.

How can I confirm the program is working correctly after I install it?

Launch the application and verify you reach the Travel Port start screen where you can select a typing adventure, choose English or Spanish, and begin the first lesson.

Does the retail box include a physical disc or only a download code, and do I need to buy headphones separately?

The product ships in retail packaging for Windows; speakers or headphones are listed as a system requirement and are not included in the box.
