6 Inch 5000K LED Recessed Kit

This six-pack supplies ultra-thin LED downlights rated for 120V circuits. Each fixture delivers 1050 lumens at 5000K daylight white while drawing 12 watts. The wet-rated, IC-rated design suits kitchens, bathrooms, soffits and insulated ceilings where only 2 inches of clearance exists.

Integrated Junction Box And Dimming

The built-in junction box removes the need for a separate housing and clicks directly to supply wires. Smooth 5% to 100% dimming operates without flicker or audible hum. Energy Star certification confirms the 88% power saving versus a 75-watt incandescent equivalent.

Ceiling Depth And Circuit Check

Verify the ceiling cavity provides at least 2 inches of vertical space for the driver housing. Confirm the lighting circuit is 120V and protected by a compatible dimmer if dimming is desired. The white metal trim fits cut-outs between 5 and 8 inches in diameter.

Questions about this item

Will the LED module need replacing during the 5 Year Limited warranty period?

The integrated LED is rated for long life and the fixture carries a 5 Year Limited warranty, so no module replacement is expected within that period.

What limits continuous operation at the full 1050 lumens output?

Thermal design and the 2" minimum clearance govern sustained output; the airtight, corrosion-resistant housing dissipates heat to maintain 1050 lumens.

How much heat and power does each 12W unit add when running all day?

Each unit draws 12W at 120V and the metal housing with quick heat dissipation keeps surface temperatures low during continuous use.
