Short Throw Lens for InFocus Projectors

The InFocus LENS-102 is a short throw lens designed for compatible InFocus projectors. It enables a large image from a short distance, making it suitable for small rooms or rear-projection setups where space behind the screen is limited. Installation is straightforward for supported models.

Throw Ratio .647 to .782 for Flexible Placement

The lens provides a throw ratio range of .647 to .782, allowing installers to adjust the image size without moving the projector. As a passive optical accessory it adds no power draw, fan noise or heat to the system. Optical performance depends on the host projector's lamp and cooling.

Questions about this item

How do I install the LENS-102 short throw lens on my InFocus projector?

Align the lens barrel with the projector's lens mount, insert it fully, then rotate clockwise until the locking tabs click into place; the step most people miss is securing the retaining screws on the side of the lens housing.

What maintenance or replacement will the LENS-102 short throw lens need over time?

Clean the front and rear glass elements with a microfibre cloth and lens solution whenever dust appears; the lens has no user-serviceable parts, so replacement is only required if the optics are scratched or the zoom mechanism between .647 and .782 becomes stiff.
