  • 9" height maintains low profile for shelf or under-monitor placement

Kit Contents and Purpose

The Innovation First 118-1619 is a universal rack conversion kit designed to adapt 1U to 2U server chassis for tower orientation. Finished in black, it provides the necessary brackets and hardware to reorient compatible rackmount equipment vertically on a desk or shelf.

Suitable Builds and Limitations

This kit suits administrators converting supported 1U or 2U servers into standalone tower units where rack infrastructure is unavailable. It will not fit chassis outside the 1U to 2U range, nor will it serve enclosures requiring proprietary mounting rails or deeper clearance than the kit provides.
