An 8-port gigabit PoE switch delivering 15.4 W per port with a 120 W budget, unmanaged operation and rackmount metal housing
The Inscape Data LinkPower 2008AF delivers eight 10/100/1000 Mbps ports with IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet. Each port supplies up to 15.4 W and the total PoE budget is 120 W. The unmanaged Layer 2 design means plug-and-play deployment with no configuration required. A metal chassis and built-in power supply fit a standard 1U rackmount footprint.
This switch suits installers who need to power IP cameras, wireless access points or VoIP phones without separate injectors. It also works for small offices that want silent, fanless operation in a rack. Buyers who need VLAN segmentation, port mirroring or SNMP management should look at a managed alternative. Networks that require more than 15.4 W per device or a larger aggregate PoE budget will exceed the available power headroom.
The 120 W pool comfortably runs eight Class 3 devices at full 15.4 W simultaneously. Jumbo frames up to 9600 bytes help with large video or image transfers. Quality of Service prioritisation keeps latency-sensitive traffic flowing. The switch runs out of headroom when more than eight powered devices are attached or when any single device demands more than the 15.4 W per-port limit.

Yes, the switch negotiates 10, 100 or 1000Mbps on each port so the upstream link must support Gigabit to avoid a bottleneck.
The switch supplies 15.4W per port to any IEEE802.3af device regardless of whether the data link runs at 10, 100 or 1000Mbps.
Connect powered devices; the switch allocates up to 15.4W per port until the 120W budget is reached, and front-panel LEDs show active PoE on each port.
