Pocket-Sized Audio Companion

The INSMY C17 MAX is a compact portable speaker built for listeners who want music on the move without carrying bulk. Its 50 mm driver and 6 W output deliver clear sound from a body that fits in a pocket or clips to a bag. The IPX7-rated shell handles rain, splashes and brief submersion. It suits hikers, cyclists and anyone needing a lightweight soundtrack for daily adventures.

Steady Output for Extended Sessions

The active amplification and passive radiator work together to maintain consistent volume and bass response during long playback periods. Bluetooth connectivity remains stable up to 10 metres, so the source device can stay in a pack while the speaker rides on a handlebar or carabiner. The metal chassis dissipates heat naturally, preventing thermal compression on hot days. A single charge powers hours of continuous listening at moderate levels.

True Wireless Stereo Pairing Capability

Two C17 MAX units link automatically to create a left-right stereo image, doubling the soundstage for campsite gatherings or hotel-room movies. The pairing sequence uses a triple-tap on the power button without requiring an app. This feature is the deciding factor for buyers who want immersive separation from ultra-portable hardware. Solo users still gain a rugged mono speaker with speakerphone function.

Questions about this item

Does the 6 W speaker get hot or noisy during all-day playback?

The 6 watt active driver runs without a fan, so it stays silent and only warms slightly during extended use.

What does the buyer need to provide for the C17 MAX to play audio?

A Bluetooth source such as a phone, tablet or laptop — the speaker has no wired input or built-in storage.

Will pairing two C17 MAX units work if my older speaker only supports mono Bluetooth?

Stereo pairing requires two C17 MAX speakers; a mono-only unit cannot join the left/right link.
