Intel NUC 14 Pro+ Ultra 5 125H barebone

This new barebone mini PC is built around an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processor with integrated Arc graphics. It is designed for commercial and office deployments that require a compact desktop with on-device AI acceleration via Intel AI Boost NPU.

Suits offices and developers who want on-device AI

The platform supports up to 96GB of DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM memory and includes two lightning 4 interfaces with DP 2.1 and USB4. It lacks discrete graphics, so buyers who need high-end 3D rendering or gaming performance should look at larger workstations.

Deciding spec: 96GB DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM maximum

Memory capacity is the primary constraint because the system ships without RAM and the 96GB ceiling determines whether the platform can handle large AI models or heavy multitasking workloads.
