The Intel NUC14RVKi3 barebone arrives as a 117 x 112 x 37 mm chassis with a soldered Core 3 100U processor, integrated Intel Graphics with 64 EUs, two HDMI 2.1 ports, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, 2.5 GbE LAN, Wi-Fi 6E AX211 and Bluetooth 5.3. It targets builders who want a silent, VESA-mountable desktop they can configure with their own memory and storage.

Included hardware lets you mount

A 90 W 19 V adapter with US cord, a VESA mounting bracket, a collateral flyer and a warranty card ship in the box. The bracket enables behind-monitor installation, while the adapter supports a wide 12 V to 20 V DC input range. No SO-DIMM modules, M.2 SSDs or operating system are supplied, so you add the capacity and software you need.

The board provides two DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 96 GB in dual-channel mode, one M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 x4 slot and one M.2 2242 PCIe x4 slot for NVMe drives. Confirm that your selected modules and SSDs match these exact interfaces and physical lengths, and ensure your preferred OS supports the integrated graphics and Wi-Fi 6E hardware.
