A compact barebone with Core Ultra 7 155H, Arc graphics, 32 GB DDR5 and 1 TB NVMe for AI-ready multitasking
Configuration 32G RAM / 1T SSD
The Intel NUC14RVKU7 is a slim barebone mini PC built around the Core Ultra 7 155H with 16 cores and 22 threads. It integrates an Intel Arc GPU and a dedicated NPU for AI-enhanced video conferencing and background effects. The chassis measures 117 by 112 by 37 millimetres and includes VESA mounting hardware for discreet placement behind a display.
Two SO-DIMM slots accept DDR5 5600 memory up to 96 gigabytes total in dual-channel configuration. Storage expansion uses one M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe slot and one M.2 2242 PCIe x4 NVMe slot; no drives are included. The 2.5 gigabit Ethernet port and Wi-Fi 6E AX211 provide wired and wireless connectivity, while Bluetooth 5.3 support depends on the operating system.
Video output is delivered through two HDMI 2.1 TMDS ports and two Thunderbolt 4 Type-C ports, enabling up to four simultaneous displays. USB options include one 20 gigabit per second USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C, three USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A and one USB 2.0 Type-A port. The unit ships with a 120 watt 19 volt AC adapter and supports 12 to 20 volt DC input; verify that your mounting location can accommodate the adapter and cable routing.

The 2280 slot runs PCIe Gen4 x4 for full-speed NVMe drives, while the 2242 slot also uses PCIe x4 but fits shorter modules; install the OS on the 2280 slot and use the 2242 for extra capacity.
The 16-core, 22-thread processor can hit 4.80 GHz on demanding tasks, with 24 MB Smart Cache keeping data close; the integrated NPU accelerates AI-enhanced video calls and background blur at low power.
Two Thunderbolt 4 ports and two HDMI 2.1 (TMDS) ports support up to four simultaneous displays; Thunderbolt 4 also carries PCIe and USB 3.2 Gen2x2 traffic at 20 Gbps.
