A 16-port Gigabit PoE+ web-managed switch with two SFP slots, 220 W budget and self-healing PDM for IP cameras and access points
This Intellinet 561341 switch delivers data and power over existing network cables to up to 16 PoE devices. It targets installers who need to deploy IP cameras, wireless access points, or VoIP phones without separate power wiring. Two SFP slots allow fibre uplinks for longer runs. The unit fits a standard 19 rack.
Verify that the total 220 W PoE budget covers every device you plan to connect, since each port can supply up to 30 W. Ensure existing cable runs are Cat5e or better to support Gigabit speeds. Confirm that your rack space accommodates the 19 form factor and that the 3.8800 kg weight is within the rack load rating.
Replaces an unmanaged switch that forces separate power injectors for each endpoint. The jump is worth it when you need centralised power management and the PDM self-healing feature to automatically restart unresponsive PoE devices. It is not for networks that require more than 16 powered ports or a higher total PoE budget.
