Heavy-Duty Power Adapter Cord

This eight-foot power adapter cord connects equipment with an IEC-60320-C19 inlet to a standard NEMA 5-15P wall outlet. It uses a 14 AWG three-conductor SJTW cable rated for fifteen amps at one hundred twenty-five volts. The moulded connectors and RoHS-compliant construction suit professional audio, video and data-centre installations.

Suitable for C19 Inlet Devices

Designed for hardware that requires a C19 power connection and a standard North American plug. Not for devices fitted only with a C14 inlet or for circuits that exceed the fifteen-amp rating. Buyers needing a different connector type or a longer reach should consider other options.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the cord is delivering the rated 15 A at 125 V after plugging it in?

The moulded connectors seat firmly; a secure fit at both the IEC-60320-C19 and NEMA 5-15P ends with no heat or looseness shows the 14 AWG conductors are carrying the rated current.

What comes in the box and is any extra hardware needed for installation?

The package contains the single 8 ft black SJTW cord with moulded IEC-320-C19 and NEMA 5-15P plugs; no additional cables or adapters are required.
