Portable direct-thermal label printer with Bluetooth, USB 2.0 and serial interfaces, 203 dpi resolution and 16 MB memory
The Intermec PB50 is a portable direct thermal label printer designed for field workers who need on-demand 203 dpi black and white output. It connects via Bluetooth, USB 2.0 or serial so it can pair with mobile computers, tablets or legacy systems. The unit ships without a battery or power adapter.
Direct thermal media darkens with heat, so labels can fade when exposed to sunlight, heat or abrasion over time. The 4.39 inch maximum label width and 4 inches per second print speed suit shipping labels, receipts and compliance tags but not high-volume batch printing. No ribbon is used, which reduces consumable cost but limits durability.
Verify you have a 12 V DC power source or a compatible battery pack because none is included. Confirm your host device supports Bluetooth, USB 2.0 or serial communication and that your label rolls do not exceed the 4.39 inch width. The printer has 16 MB of flash memory for fonts and formats.

The PB50 comes with 16 MB Flash memory and a fixed 203 x 203 dpi print resolution, so there is only one version to select.
It prints at 203 x 203 dots per inch, giving clear barcodes and text on labels up to 4.39 inches wide at 4 inches per second.
It connects via Bluetooth, USB 2.0 and Serial; each link caps at its own standard speed, so throughput depends on the host port used.
