Flash Dryer for Screen Printing

The Intsupermai 110V 1600W unit is a carbon-fibre flash dryer designed to mount on multi-colour screen printing machines produced since 2016. It rotates over the pallet to cure ink between colour passes, reducing drying time and operator effort.

Suited for compatible multi-colour presses

Shops running a supported single-wheel or double-wheel overprint machine can install the dryer by removing one frame arm. The adjustable height and photoelectric sensor switch automate the flash cycle. Operations using a different press design or a voltage other than 110V cannot use this dryer.

1600W carbon-fibre heating element

The heater delivers 180°C at a 3 cm gap, 170°C at 5 cm and 160°C at 7 cm, with a rated life of 10000 hours. The 15.7 by 15.7 inch curing zone and sensor-controlled start and stop determine whether the unit matches the production volume and substrate thickness.
